Michael Cornell Real Estate Group may be
different than your old office.
After years of feeling like there must be
a better way to conduct the real estate business, Michael
Cornell created the professional environment he always wanted
by opening his own firm in September, 2005.
We only
associate experienced, full-time real estate professionals.
You might find a large percentage of inexperienced,
brand new, and part-time agents at many chain real estate
companies. Many of them rarely conduct real estate business.
In our business, this type of office is known as a 'body-shop."
Managers fill their rosters with as many bodies as possible,
experienced or not, in hopes that some will succeed, while
knowing that most will be sifted out. When the bodies are
sifted out, the manager replaces them with more bodies and
the cycle continues. Some call this "the 2% rule."
At Michael Cornell Real Estate Group, we
are full-time experienced real estate professionals. We
are not housewives or retirees who play around at real estate
like a it's a hobby. Real estate is not our sideline.
We recognize that a real estate career is
a full-time commitment, so we do not have other jobs that
interfere with serving our clients' needs.
We do not have a "bull pen" where
agents are hearded together without personal space or privacy.

This is one of the agent offices at
Michael Cornell Real Estate Group
Every agent desk is large and has its own
computer station.
Every agent desk can comfortably accommodate
a meeting with at least two clients.
You don't have to
fight over the conference room.

For large meetings and presentations, we
have a beautiful conference room with a computer and 42"
monitor.
Because of our fantastic Green Lake location,
at Michael Cornell Real Estate Group we enjoy occassional
walk-in business. However, we depend mostly on our own experience,
referrals and reputations for our continued success. While
we eagerly accept new clients, most of our clients are repeat
customers.
We are free of excess corporate politics
and redundant departments that get in your way and create
pointless fees.
We now have one large individual office
available for an experienced full-time real estate professional.
We are very selective and some agents who interview with
us are not invited to join the team.
However, if you are an experienced real
estate professional with standards that are higher than
most, this may be the office for you.
If you are considering making a change,
call Michael Cornell at 206-527-1202.
All interviews are strictly confidential.
